This handle helps with balance, but the yellow handle is too close (on some bikes it touches the child seat) and rubs against the rear/back when riding. Also, despite the easy assembly, no matter how tight I tighten this wing nut, it always wobbles a little. It's like the pads can't compress the seatstays properly to make them strong. I'm happy with that. Such tools are temporary anyway. But it does get in the way of my kids riding at times and just doesn't give me the "locked in" feeling that the (now defunct) Balance Buddy had on my older kid's bike.
