So I bought this TV wall mount hoping for easy installation, to my surprise the mount was not compatible with the TV (on the floor) so thought I know my TV may be outdated as I've had it for almost half a century. I thought it was time for me to buy a new one which was a smart tv (in the box) but unfortunately it didn't work for that either. Here I am at 2am after struggling for about 4 hours to get it to work but it just didn't happen. After declining I decided it would require verification so I'll rate it a 1 for fast shipping.
