Review on WHITIN Men's Minimalist Barefoot Treadmill Sneakers by Rick Bishop

Revainrating 4 out of 5

A woman with wide legs.

I struggled to find running shoes that were comfortable for my feet. Tried Mr. Merrils, Columbia and a few more. All were sent back. I have wide feet and I like to go for walks. One problem was that these shoes were so bulky and heavy. It seemed to me that I didn't feel the ground beneath me. I started looking at these and other minimalist shoes. I've never owned a pair but returns are easy on Ebay and I didn't feel it was a risk. I have 8.5 and I will tell you. They change the rules of the game! They fit like a glove but allow my foot to move naturally. My fingers have plenty of room. I will say that they are not as wide as I thought, but they stretch with the foot. If you have a higher instep I would avoid because the upper of the shoe is snug but not uncomfortable. Much more and it would be. I also wear thin running socks, which impress with their grip and comfort. I've only made light footprints so far. Will update as I earn more miles on them.

Pros
  • Great! I love her! I've only had them for 3 days and the numbness in my legs has already gone. I can finally stretch my toes
Cons
  • The shoes have little to no arch support.
