Not for small dogs, but great collar.
The device worked phenomenally. I really liked the functionality. Unfortunately, he was quite tall himself. We have 15lb Jack Russell Terriers that the units were too big for. I also didn't like the fact that the electric shock couldn't be turned off 100%. We accidentally electrocuted one of the dogs just as he was trying to use the vibrate function. Regardless, the shock was due to user error. For large dogs that have a user that doesn't make mistakes, these devices are ideal.
