Not always safe

I ordered these in hopes that they would help my Husky in the back seat of my SUV be a little safer. The first time I tried it she was clear of it when I tested her. It was locked tight when I put her in the car. I'm not sure if she pulled it out or stepped on the seatbelt button, but I certainly didn't feel it was doing the job. I've tried several more times since, with only one successful ride. It still gives me a bit more security when using the strap, but I'm not very impressed with them.
