I loved these pillows so much I bought a set for my daughter. My friend and I. I wanted to wait a while to write a review to see how well they hold up. They are very soft and you can feel the gel inside. I was hesitant to wash them as they say they can't be washed, but after my friend stayed the night I had to! He snores loudly and drools sooooo much and it smells awful and leaves drool stains! So I threw caution to the wind and washed them away. I reused the detergent. Love the softer Swivatel fabric (blue look) and about 2 cups of bleach! They came out with a wonderful smell. Now comes the tricky part! I knew I didn't want to dry them in high heat. I put them in the dryer for 3/4 cycles (70 minutes) with no air/lint. This is the decoration I use for the faux fur cover I made for my ottoman. Well, they were still very wet. I put the dryer on the lowest setting and yes they dry FOREVER! I'm talking about a day and a half! No, I literally didn't dry them that long. So it probably took a total of 7/8 cycles on low speed to dry. So if you're a germ phobia like me and insist on cleanliness, don't despair! They've gotten fluffier and more resilient, so I like how they feel better after washing. I would recommend buying a cover for these pillows to stay safe. I'll try to remember to update this review when I wash it again.
