When the car first arrived for our grandchild, I took it out of the packaging and installed the batteries. Of course it had to be test driven to make sure it was in good working order. This thing is a blast to drive. Simple controls on the remote help you get the hang of it quickly. Even the cats were curious and chasing the car.Put it back in the box so it didn't look like grandpa almost wore out the batteries. Her face lit up right away and was excited to start driving. The rotating front end took her a bit to master but was soon having fun.The car comes with some traffic cones. She put them out and proceeded to plow them across the room. Oh well. She has a lot of fun with this car!The car itself seems very resilient and well made. It took several smacks into the wall and didn't skip a beat. I highly recommend this car for the little ones.
