Engine runs great! Assembly is your problem? The old motor must slide out! If it doesn't, you'll have to push them out or use a center punch to knock out the old motor shaft. If you have to knock it out/squeeze it out, the bushing's inner and outer shields are damaged and are holding the shaft. . (See screenshot) Use a small screwdriver to remove only the socket cover, then clean the brass socket and put some grease on it. (I used an anti-seize compound) Assemble and everything should work perfectly! Remember that it needs to be lubricated regularly, and more often as you drive through automatic car washes! If you have the motor installed and it runs slowly or won't break in, follow the steps above π
