Would give 5 except gasket didn't fit, handle and screw were unthreaded. So, it's installed and looks fine, but without the gasket it rattles like a penny in a tin can. I want it to work the way it's supposed to. Update after leaving a message asking customer service to contact me to replace the gasket, heard nothing. Don't call, don't show! I understand they are busy and I'm a 2001 customer etc. It's fine, that's the way it is. I will be moving away from Go Rhino. Caveat Emptor

Poor quality control. This is one of the most expensive steps and the quality and finish should reflect that. The aluminum plate was attached without removing all the holes from the skin. The end caps look like a 2 year old hammered them with a piece of wood. The last straw tried to put the pin in the correct hole, which was 1/4 of the straight hole.
