I bought this little cap for morning runs when the sunrise caught me a bit and I realized I needed sun protection (plus help with glare). I bought a light gray beanie and it is so cute that I wear it quite often or take it with me just in case. The bill is folded into 3 parts/seam, and the fabric is very light, easy to fold and carry. I haven't always worn baseball caps or other types of hats when running because they sometimes trap sweat, chafe, and cause discomfort, but I haven't had any complaints or problems. except maybe I need to change the height of my ponytail, which doesn't really matter as I can also adjust the tightness with a little velcro at the back. I was concerned that the small areas of mesh for breathability would look weird or end up being irritating, but again, no issues here.
