Bought in the official store Thomas, quickly issued and brought, the box is in excellent condition. The vacuum cleaner is well packed, everything is in place. On the same day, we decided to check everything. First, they removed three rooms with an aquafilter, then a corridor, a balcony and a kitchen with a cyclone. I didn’t share a photo of what was inside the vacuum cleaner, otherwise you can decide that we haven’t cleaned for a year. But in fact, only 2 days have passed since the cleaning with the old vacuum cleaner. The amount of dust and debris collected impressed even my reserved husband. Then I washed the aquafilter in about 5 minutes, and just shook out the garbage from the cyclone. Until I decided for myself which filter I like to clean more with, I will continue to use one or the other. We are satisfied with the purchase. There was a leaflet inside the box, where it was written that it could be registered and the guarantee would be longer. We registered and received a letter for a year of service as a gift to those 2 that are required. A nice bonus, but we really believe that it won’t come in handy, all the same, made in Germany and a well-known company
