I'm reviewing these pants after a year of skiing and winter sports. They have been used a lot and still look like new. The water resistance is excellent. I'm sure we need to get another year for my 10 year old, and after that another 2 years for my little brother too (after that they are passed on to cousins and are probably still in good shape). The blue color is very funny. Pros: *durable *great waterproofing *good length/size for growing (although I don't know what they mean by an inseam to lengthen them. I couldn't find that). But they are made to grow. Cons: * The front pockets don't have a zipper or even velcro so I'm worried they'll fill up with snow when it falls. It hasn't happened yet, but probably because his coat is covering her.
