Broke after 5 walks

I hope the brand will me because of contact for a replacement. I have used this stroller 4 times with my 85lb senior dog and it has worked great. Today I took him for a walk and the front wheel sagged and I couldn't even push the stroller. The rear wheel is also wobbly. My return appointment with Revain is over but I hope Totoro helps as my dog really liked this stroller and I was so excited to be able to get him out next door!

Please note that the widest side of the stroller after assembly is 80cm (31.5inch) (manual measurement may have 1-2cm error)
