Loved the new door, assembly was easy, however it's cheap plastic, I put a screw "too tight" and it went through the soft plastic (only one side was 3 screws left over as I didn't get it back). Installed from the house to the garage, cold air blows "weatherproof". But here's why I wouldn't recommend this product to anyone. My 2 cats put a paw in the door, luckily I was there to free them. They are animals, curious and run, they get stuck, they just pull back, it's impossible to remove the paw when the cat pulls back. I don't want my cats and the cats not to be hurt by anyone. I will be returning this item as soon as I find a safe alternative or way to close the hole in the door.
