I found a diagram for a Mobius loop on the internet and wanted to try it. I bought this yarn and a set of #1 circular needles. I wanted to be able to try the cloak on to make sure it fit; I got 64 stitches and started knitting a flat stripe. . . Weave a seam into a basket. After about 300 rows, it was just the right size. I applied a bandage and fastened the edges with a size h hook. It sits perfectly on my shoulders and keeps me warm on cold nights. The colors formed a crisis cross, almost like a gargoyle cage, which was an unexpected bonus.
