I'm not a gamer, but I mainly use my monitors for office products, email, web, YouTube and the like. I bought 2 of these in dual configuration and they have been excellent for both image quality and reliability. My favorite resolution is 2560 x 1440 at 175% (old guy) but they look really good. I prefer IPS screens for their picture quality, clarity and brightness and they don't disappoint. I usually go for Asus ProArt monitors but I wanted to try them and couldn't be happier. dim
