Review on Salespanel by Tone Hatton

I like that you can track each lead through out their journey within our CRM system so we know what stage of research process is in which step! This isn't always easy when working across multiple departments but it helps us keep everything organized as well as being able to see where people are at throughout there purchasing cycle or decision making stages etc.. There's not much i dislike about this tool-it has been great since day 1!! We have had some issues getting certain features added however these problems were sorted very quickly by support who work hard behind closed doors every single hour :) Great product - no faults here just make sure you ask them any questions before signing up because sometimes things do go wrong even after requesting changes/updates (which was resolved straight away).
