Review on Prepara PP08 MSTLXE Deluxe Mister Glass by Monica Nixon

I no longer need the Pam spray. This Lord rules.

Prepara Oil Mist works better than I expected. You fill the bottom glass container with oil (or whatever you need, mist), replace the top (it's plastic), pump with an outer high impact plastic cap and spray. The spray creates an oily mist that easily coats an entire skillet, skillet, plate of vegetables, or grilled chicken pieces. It's such a nifty device that even my husband loves it. Because it creates a fine mist, coating vegetables and meat is easy and doesn't waste oil. If you want the oil to flow a little and not mist, don't pump it so hard. Now I can get rid of those spray cans of oil that leave ugly stains on my beautiful pots. I'm so glad I found this sweet little mr. The only things I found room for improvement were: I wish the oil reservoir was bigger to hold more oil, and I wish the white plastic top piece was stainless steel. EDIT: I now have one of these in white, green and red. I assigned a color to the oils in the bottle so now I can spray olive, canola, sunflower or any other oil without changing or mixing the oil in the bottle. They're pretty enough to be left on the counter, and the colors add visual interest to the group. When I have guests they complain that their misto is useless and doesn't work very well. Then I continue to show my beautiful Prepara. It clogs up every now and then, mostly when I haven't used it for a long time. Rotating the top after each use to relieve pressure helps a lot.
