Review on SmartDocs R5 by James Vilchez

The ease of use, the functionality and the customer service. I have been using Smart Docs in my company for 3 years and it just gets better every year. The cost of the software is more expensive than some of the other competing solutions out there. But, for what you get, it is worth it. I have a couple of minor suggestions. I'd like to see an option to allow the user to search for a word or phrase and have it highlighted in the document. And, I'd like to be able to have a "copy" button within the document rather than having to go to a separate screen before the document is copied. You can't beat the ease of use and the functionality of Smart Docs R5. I like being able to easily send an email to multiple people. Smart Docs is a great way to archive documents that need to be kept indefinitely. It's easy for our legal team in managing their case files, which is very convenient. We can also use it as storage space for our internal documents. The application has been updated recently and we have some difficulties using it at this moment. I would recommend if you are looking for a document management system that will help save time and improve efficiency then try out smartdocs r5. Smart docs helps us manage all our cases with ease.
