I like how well it integrates with other systems, such as Salesforce or Hyena for customer information/order tracking. It's really user friendly- you don't need any training at all! The fact that there are multiple ways in which data can be entered makes entry easy without having someone constantly monitoring things.- not so much an issue but when we first started using this system our customers couldn't login anymore because their passwords had expired (but they were still able to log into my account). We didn't realize anything was wrong until one day everything stopped working - no orders being received even though sales kept going through fine via email. After several hours trying to figure out what happened, another employee finally realized something wasn't right and fixed it within minutes.
