Chefmax Review

The user interface, as compared with other programs we've used in our previous jobs (Cafenetix Pro/DineInsight), has been improved for ease-of use; it's more intuitive than others I have seen previously. I like how well it integrates with other systems, such as Salesforce or Hyena for customer information/order tracking. It's really user friendly- you don't need any training at all! I appreciate all of the updates over time and all of the new functions added. The training provided was also very complete and thorough -- and not too technical, which can be somewhat daunting for novices or those with less experience under their belt. My biggest dislike is when you have some sort of issue that only an expert user would understand what's going wrong/where your problem is really coming from. The ease with which you can create your own menus, recipes or even customise existing ones for use in different locations at once! This saves so much time when doing multiple shifts especially if they are working remotely as well (which I do). There's nothing i dislike about chef max - it does exactly what we need without any issues.
