I appreciate all of the updates over time and all of the new functions added. The training provided was also very complete and thorough -- and not too technical, which can be somewhat daunting for novices or those with less experience under their belt. My biggest dislike is when you have some sort of issue that only an expert user would understand what's going wrong/where your problem is really coming from. It seems as though others within the team are so much better versed in this program than myself (and others) it becomes difficult at times! The benefits were quite great - in fact they had just launched the mobile function into service right before we implemented ChefMax. We realized how important our inventory control process was becoming so having mobile access allowed us greater levels of efficiency. It has helped me in managing my restaurant's menu, recipes are very easy to read which makes it easier for our chefs when preparing dishes; also helps with inventory control as we can track what products where ordered how much was used etc. Nothing! The system does exactly what I need so far but there could be more features added like integration into other softwares (e-commerce). We use chef max mainly because everything about cooking/foods production process have been put together here.
