It is very easy to use and almost perfect. BUT I have one complaint: every time you clean, you have to remove the rubber ring from the lid and the rubber insert from the spout lid. Which isn't always easy. You can probably get by without washing them every time. But things like strawberry seeds are hiding underneath both. Design-wise I prefer this to the Vitamix mug, but it only has one (lightweight) part that can be removed. UPDATE: I've found that when using a Miniso coffee stirrer (see image) I can easily pop out the rubber parts. So this is now my favorite smoothie cup. Definitely recommend using such a tool. Too bad I didn't find it six months ago.
