This is amazing. My husband and I use it almost every day. I used to make smoothies in my ninja until he died and cleaning up was such a hassle. The only complaint I have is that I wish it was also suitable for ice crushing because sometimes I want a frozen smoothie but don't want to use fruit.

I bought this bottle because the two that came with my NutriBullet Pro lost the little plastic parts that snap into the device (I call them hanging chads :) This one is from the same quality, so i know that after a few months the mounting plastic bits will also break. NutriBullet needs to change their design, it's not perfect.

One of the three earbuds melted/distorted in the Nutribullet after a few uses. But the mixer still worked. Now the tongue has broken off, so the jug is completely useless and has ended up in the garbage. Too bad I didn't listen to other people's feedback about poor quality tabs and didn't return the item in the window.

My partner broke the lugs on a couple of these glasses but to defend the product she doesn't know much about mechanics and still tends to break things. Just make sure the jug is screwed tightly into the blender blade body and they sit evenly on the power base before pushing down and locking to begin blending.

It is very easy to use and almost perfect. BUT I have one complaint: every time you clean, you have to remove the rubber ring from the lid and the rubber insert from the spout lid. Which isn't always easy. You can probably get by without washing them every time. But things like strawberry seeds are hiding underneath both.
