I like that we have an easy to use interface for our clients with no coding required! It is very customizable too allowing us to create custom pages using HTML5 code or CSS3 stylesheets as well. There are some things missing from their support team such as how-to guides/tutorials in general but they do provide help when you reach out via chat option so it's not really much different than other companies who don't offer this service either way. We've been able to easily customize any page without having to learn programming language nor needing extensive knowledge about html codes etc because all changes were made through cms dashboard itself (no need to edit files).
