Review on HP Premium I5 1035G4 I7 7500 Bluetooth by Broderick Shetler

Unfortunately this was my worst purchase I have ever made on Amazon. I bought this for my girlfriend's birthday for school. Firstly, he was a week late and missed her birthday, but maybe it's the pandemic, whatever. When we opened it up and turned it on, it was immediately clear that it was broken. The touchpad for moving the mouse did not work properly. The mouse pointer on the screen moved erratically. I put everything back in the box and asked for a refund. It took over 3 weeks for the refund to be issued and I finally just looked at the status and was refunded $0.01. Literally a dime. I paid a total of €642.00 for this. Nothing explains to me why I only get 1 cent back. Revains' phone line is down due to the pandemic and they are still unable to contact the seller. I feel 100% DEPRIVED. I hope that this can be solved somehow, but at the moment, a month after the purchase, I still don't have that much money. I never write reviews but I hope this doesn't happen to anyone.
