Review on Revolutionize Your Hair Drying Experience With AQUIS Ultra-Absorbent Towel Tool Featuring Water-Wicking Technology by Morgan Freeman

Great little towel!

I was surprised how small this towel seemed to me. It comes in a small box that is 6" x 6" x 2.5". The description says 42" x 19", and when I measured it, that is what it was, even after washing it (I didn't put it in the dryer) (also, you shouldn't use dryer sheets nor fabric softener on this type of towel because those products interfere with water absorption). I didn't think it would cover my medium length hair, which I measured as well and it turned out that my hair is also 19" long. It covered my hair with a few stray strands sticking out the end. There is a loop on the corner that can be used for hanging, but there is no loop to keep the towel in place after you have twisted your wet hair into a towel turban on top of your head. I tucked it into itself at the back of my neck, and it stayed in place fine during the 10 minutes I had the towel on my hair.It dried my hair much better than a regular terry cloth towel. I have a couple other (not name brand) microfiber towels that I've owned for a 2 or 3 years. I haven't used a terry cloth towel on my hair in years so I can't compare exact drying time vs. a terry cloth towel, but I do know it is much better than using a terry cloth towel. However, I don't think there was any difference in absorbency between the Aquis towel and my generic microfiber towel of a similar thickness. They both work great, in my opinion. Definitely cuts down way down on drying time.I dislike having a heavy, wet towel on my head, so I found the small Aquis hair towel to be very light and comfortable. The small size of the towel would also be ideal for travel. I like this better than my other towels due to the small size and light feeling on the head. The towel took 3 hours to dry after I used it, which is the same length of time it takes my no name microfiber hair towel to dry. My peshtemal towel dries in about 2.5 hours. I live in a dry climate, in Northern Colorado, and my bathroom is very airy and never gets humid. The only thing I didn't like about the Aquis towel is that it is not a bright white. It is kind of a dull white and it is not as white as the white peshtemals, and white terry cloth towels I have.I rated the Aquis towel 4 stars. I removed one star due to lack of loop for keeping the towel on the head, and for not being particularly bright white. I definitely recommend it due to its small, packable size, great hair drying capacity, and how fast the towel dries after it has been used.

Pros
  • Beauty & Personal Care
Cons
  • May not dry hair as quickly as traditional hair dryers
