Grinds meat very well. Because all major parts are aluminum (except for the sanding blade and plates, which appear to be stainless steel), they are not dishwasher safe. No problem! Dishwashing detergent and the supplied cleaning brush make cleaning easier. My package arrived without a double-sided grinding blade and a sausage stuffer. I will update this review based on customer support response. Update: On Friday 21st February 2020 I emailed Kitoart with two small items missing. ON SUNDAY 23rd February I received a reply confirming that the missing parts would be delivered on Friday. February 28th. I picked them up today Friday 28th February although they arrived yesterday 27th February. What can I say: ********** 10/10 for customer service and for supporting their product without question! I will look at all the products this company sells for future purchases. It's great to be able to promote a company in such a positive way - when there are so many issues with so many manufacturers not endorsing their products.
