Upper black part cannot be unscrewed. The sticks spin in every direction. I wanted to be able to remove the top as shown in the picture and description so I could pick up the noodles with each stick and then swap out the stick. I don't think "stick" and "pizza cutter" are dishwasher safe and seem so cheap. Dissatisfied. The description did not match the functionality. I'm sure it holds noodles well, it just didn't have all the features I was hoping for.
