Review on MBW Revenue Cycle Services by Timothy Barnes

The system is easy for our staff, they can easily navigate it without much training needed! I wish there was an easier way to input patient information into this program as well as payer codes that will be recognized faster than typing them in manually each time you submit claims or run reports from within your account manager dashboard (which happens often). It's nice being connected with all my accounts at once rather then having multiple different programs open up when doing so. Also very helpful if something goes wrong since everything gets pulled together here instead of going through numerous departments trying find out what went awry.
