Update: After seeing my review, LekeBaby contacted me to fix the problem - they offered to send a replacement bag (with 3 options to choose from) or refund my money. Folks, when I say I've looked through countless bags to find the right size and good quality, I've actually looked through countless ones (thank god for top-notch and free returns). LekeBaby is the only one that satisfied me, so I decided to give her a try another bag. I also appreciate that they contacted me after just reading my review and I didn't have to push them to do anything because as a working mom of a teething baby I wouldn't have the energy. Customer service is very important to these guys and it's really important to feel like you can trust whoever you work with because, come on, baby stuff doesn't come cheap! I will update the information once my new bag is delivered.************************************ * * ******** After countless diaper bags I was happy with this one as it seemed sturdy, well made, with a wide open top, lots of pockets and a handy zipper, BUT after 4-5 months it tore at the seam / front pocket. We are very careful with our belongings, we are very careful with our belongings and we never use this bag for anything other than headbands or socks. After contacting Leka Baby about the 180 day guarantee I was referred back to Revain when they were completing the order. Good old Revane came and gave me my money back (luckily) but now I'm back without a diaper bag.
