These are the perfect slip-ons for running to the grocery store, around the house or hotel, on the hot sidewalk by the pool, or of course, yoga! I wear size 9 shoes and the women's XL fits comfortably and the L fits snugly around the toes. Men's models are more solid, so I bought a small one just for the color choice. They're a bit wider than women and run out a bit, but I still like them. People keep asking me where I got the shoes from!
