My son loves the sound and comfort of this headset and this is why he has waited so long to order tell me that the microphone is not working. doesn't work and I don't think it worked to begin with. My son is 16 years old and he values his electronics above all else. Except maybe his dog. He's not a young man who abuses things. Aside from the mic issue, I would give these headsets a 5 star rave rating. They are stylish and can be worn for hours without discomfort. Ports switch easily and consistently between phone, PS4 and laptop. My son uses it 24/7 (sleeps in it). Also in school. He likes her so much.
