I recently broke my wrist and my physical therapist asked me to purchase the condo twist and bend exerciser to use twice daily for wrist strengthening. The red version had enough tension so that I could feel the stretch - but not so much that it hurt to use. I am improving daily and enjoy working my wrist with this multi use product.
