I bought these to replace some old mids. I knew they would be loud when I saw the size of the magnet. Rubber edges ensure a long service life. Their response starts at a good 450Hz, so you can use a lower crossover frequency than say 1200Hz. But rather 500 Hz. The sound is detailed and clear. Very clearly. I might consider installing L-shaped pads to reduce power a bit. Your sound production is great. The performance is good, declared at the level of 200 watts. The output is good 92dbl @ 1w. I recommend them as an upgrade.
