I used this product to make oatmeal. The reason I bought this product is that it comes with a slow cooker that you can use to cook porridge. However, after the porridge is ready, it is almost impossible to remove the pot for braising. This is because the plastic/rubber ring (see image) holding the casserole is too loose when hot or with food in it. Therefore, when you want to take out the porridge braising cup, it will fall into the kettle (as shown). Then he spoils the broth and makes a big mess. This is definitely a design flaw.
