I love that it allows you to keep track of your member's information without having to manually enter them one by one into an excel spreadsheet.

It also helps with keeping up with membership renewals as well. The only thing I dislike about this program is when we have new people join our gym they don't automatically get added to our database so you have to do some manual work if you want their info entered properly. This software has helped us automate many things within our club allowing us to focus more time training clients instead of being bogged down entering data from paper forms.
