mounts will not fit with horizontal orientation for Sonos Play 5. The bottom "h" for Sonos Play 5 is too small and will not fit, you must use the mount for Hero 5 which allows Sonos Play 5 to sit freely on the stand. The top bracket doesn't sit flush either, so there's plenty of wiggle room. The bracket is secure enough to push the stand and speaker together when held by the stand. When you grab the speaker, it pops out immediately. It may fit the old Sonos Play 5 and not the new one. I do not recommend.
