Overall I'm happy with this $12 purchase. It looks very reasonable, especially when attaching the bottom, as in Bill C's review. The screws that came with it were twice the length of my old ones and broke off when I tried to screw them in, so I ended up just using the old rusty screws used to hold my cymbals. The included screwdriver was useless as the edge of my rear bumper/trunk is just above the license plate and the screwdriver isn't long enough not to hit it when turning. Instead, I just used my standard screwdriver. I wish there were better screws instead of a screwdriver (ones that don't come loose as easily). In order to fully install it I had to press it down a bit and I can only hope my car's paintwork was not damaged by the sharp edges of this holder and on my number plate which are right in front of the car. Colour. If I had to buy frames again I might try this one which is cheaper and probably of similar quality: Ohuhu license plate frame 2 pcs.
