If you want quality, don't order
Of course you get what you pay for. When I opened each box of movement and hands, all the hands were bent, some were bent to the point of breaking. The arms are so fragile and bend easily that you would think they would be better packaged so they wouldn't be useless when you receive them. I think if you want quality don't order this.
