Review on RDX Shin Guards: SATRA Approved Leg Protectors for Muay Thai, Kickboxing, MMA, BJJ, and Boxing Training & Fighting by Steve Yang

Revainrating 4 out of 5

Suitable for light sparring or pocket work.

I've been using it in Krav Maga training for almost a year now. They are in very good condition with only slight signs of wear. I recently upgraded to a pair of Fairtex SP7s so I can hit harder when sparring without worrying about hurting myself or my partners. Pros: - Good build quality - Doesn't move much when sparring - Thin enough for shin prep when sparring lightly (20% power or less) - Can be worn with shoes. Cons: - Not thick enough for heavy sparring (hard punches go right through them) - They can easily shift from side to side during heavy sparring - Since they are a slip-on style, you can't take them off without first removing your shoes.

Pros
  • A sea of positive emotions
Cons
  • There are nuances
