Part does not fit / wrong part

I don't want it not working on my 95BMW 530I! The sensor hits the brake wheel and even with a shim, there is about 1/8 inch clearance. Unfortunately I cannot return it as my return period has already expired due to the engine being repaired and not restored quickly enough.
