Review on πŸš— Roadmaster 8700 Invisibrake Hidden Power Braking System: Ultimate Performance in Black by James Yarbrough

Revainrating 5 out of 5

Worth the effort

I installed this on my 2014 CRV. A tricky setup, but worth it compared to its Brake Pro predecessor, which was awkward to set up on every ride and could jump out of the way and apply the brakes when not expected or needed. This is done once. Location on YouTube for CRV from 2012 to 2014 - under the front seat in the rear is inconvenient. Blocks the ventilation opening and the passenger's legroom. I decided to remove the useless subwoofer that comes with the CRV and put it under the passenger seat. Enough space. I installed a real subwoofer in the back. The instructions are detailed but very important to follow. Requires a hole greater than 1/2" in the firewall, or use an existing hole for some wiring and a new grommet 1/2" hole for the vacuum line and a cable.

Pros
  • Quality construction
Cons
  • Damaged
