First of all I was very excited to purchase this product as I brew and prepare coffee in many different ways. I recently fell in love with the Nitro Coldbrew and was dying to get this item, the reviews were great. After a few days of use it will no longer hold a charge of nitrogen and I've used up almost an entire box of nitrogen balls from two different boxes matching the date and type. Coffee comes out blah, and I've long perfected a cold drink. The first glass comes out normally, and then the head disappears within 30 seconds. The second will only come out as a cold drink. That's very disappointing. I keep wasting coffee and bullets. I would really like to return it and get a full refund, hope someone can help. I'm not the type to return items and ask for a refund, but I can't waste $160. Thanks very much! -Gabriel
