While I can understand the dissatisfaction with this product, it only lasts a while. You will need a Phillips screwdriver, everything else is included. Lay out the pieces and don't lose sight of the numbers and letters. Take your time. It's actually quite simple with a drawer. Extending your arms far enough reveals a black piece of plastic. (yes it will take a good pull to uncover it) Press on the other side and it will separate the two. Now you can spin it! The holes are a bit small, but these screws have almost the same drill bit, so if you have a small electric screwdriver, this will fit perfectly. Then take other metal slides and screw them to the drawer itself. Now put it in place. It just takes time and patience. It's a really good drawing table for the price and I'm very happy with it. Don't listen to bad reviews, just take your time. If this isn't for you, you can always come back.
