Review on Abolai by Robert Hoge

I recently made the mistake of placing an order with Abolai, an online store that claims to offer a large selection of apparel, shoes, and jewelry for men and women, in addition to things for babies and baby boys. Unfortunately, my time spent with Abolai was marked by nothing but disappointment at every turn. To begin, the level of quality of the items I ordered was appallingly low when they finally arrived. I placed an order for many items, including a dress and a pair of shoes, and they all appeared to be of poor quality and to have been created on a budget. The dress was composed of thin fabric and did not fit correctly; in contrast, the shoes were unpleasant and had a terrible design. In addition, Abolai does not provide adequate support for its customers. It took them many days to react to me when I contacted them with a query about my order, and their response was not helpful and did not address any of my concerns. In addition, the Abolai website is difficult to understand and tough to navigate. Because it is not user-friendly, it was difficult for me to locate the items that I was interested in purchasing. Lastly, the shipping and handling expenses charged by Abolai are extremely high. They promise to offer free shipping on orders that exceed a particular amount; yet, their shipping fees are still much more than those of other online businesses, which results in their products being even more expensive. To summarize, my time spent with Abolai was filled with a great deal of dissatisfaction. Their wares are of poor quality, they provide inadequate customer service, and their website is difficult to browse. This online business is not one that I would suggest to anyone, and as a result, I won't be making any more purchases from them in the future.
