I started getting this remote to learn my other remotes after trying several times to repeat the learning process for some buttons but the real disappointment was that I found out later that I could not control multiple devices. HOORAY! . Not the company's fault, I just had to read more carefully. So if you need a reasonably good one-tilt remote for a bad remote, this might work for you. I'll stick with my RCA and Phillips remotes when it comes to learning remotes for multiple devices. Many Thanks.
