Anyone who buys an air filter either wants to lead a healthy lifestyle or has breathing problems. So if the air filter smells of petrol. this contradicts the goal of improving air quality. Some other reviews seem to encounter the same problem. I was hoping to get another batch. but no, the same party. I aired it out by placing it in front of a fan for 48 hours and in the sun for a few hours. After this, the odor becomes subtle, but it is not known if gases will continue to be released. It does not calm the mind when used.
