Terrible customer service

This coffee maker is great when it works. If it breaks what happened to us in seven months, GOOD LUCK. Now I'm in my second week of calls, emails, video chats, sending proof of purchase and long waits. De'Longhi admitted there is a problem (water is leaking in the wrong place) but they are in no rush to replace it. The people who handle emails are (of course) also separate from the people on the phone. After you talk to someone on the phone, they ask you to email them something and then call them back. The waiting time on the phone is always at least 15 minutes. People on the phone can't access email either, so the whole process is a futile exercise. I have a job so I don't have time for it, but I also can't use the car until it's replaced.
