Verascape - Patient Contact Center - Great company and customer service

The best part is how easy it was to set up my first call center. Customer Service Manager's were able to get me everything I needed within hours after purchasing them! After that though there has been very little issues since. I feel like they work hard for you every step along the way in order to provide a quality product. It can be pretty tough because sometimes when you're looking at your dashboard on what calls have come through, there are times where you don't find that certain customer information even with searching. They've taken care of our needs well from start line till now! We use their contact center software as we handle patient billing. This provides an organized system so it makes things easier for us both as individuals and employees. I like that it is easy to use with very intuitive features for customers who are not tech savvy or don't know how their system works! The support team can be slow at times but they do have excellent tutorials so you should never feel lost in your own software if something isn’t working quite right as there will always someone willing help out!! We were looking into different platforms when we came upon verascape which was perfect because everything has been done already by them (and more).
